Maree have been actively involved in the fitness industry for thirty years. She has made sports to a fun and joy experience no matter what background you have for sports.
Maree’s sporting life has been pretty diverse. Her training as a ballet dancer taught her so many vital skills including discipline and resilience. This has then transferred through to everything else she have pursued including Waterpolo, Surf Life Saving, Underwater Hockey, Triathlon and Running. She love to be active and not that great at being idle (except basking in sunshine, on a beach with a good book).
Maree love crossfit for so many reasons. She believes “you can celebrate your strengths and there’s always something else to work towards. It is totally scalable allowing everyone to feel success. It encourages people to be strong, build muscle and strive to live their best life. It is a community like no other, shared blood, sweat and tears binds people of all ages and stages.”
