STEP 1
The first thing you should do is come in and experience one of our CrossFit classes
We offer a 5 Day TRIAL - open to those with 3 months or more of CrossFit experience
Those new to CrossFit are required to do our foundations class before joining group classes
There is no need to worry about your current fitness level or age, CrossFit is designed to facilitate all abilities, ages and genders regardless of ones experience and exposure to fitness.
Feel free to bring along family or friends as we support a social and welcoming environment.
